The Lessee must inform the Lessor about the extension of the rental period by the return date of the items specified in the Lease Agreement at 15:00.
If the Lessee extends the deadline for returning the rental items specified in the Lease Agreement or does not return the rental item(s), the Lessee additionally pays a rental fee for each day of delay in the amount of 100% of the rental fee amount.
If the order is made on the iznoma24.lv website, using only distance communication means, a distance contract is concluded between the lessor and the lessee.
The distance contract comes into force when the lessee has made a reservation on the iznoma24.lv website and the lessor has delivered confirmation of the reservation via electronic mail to the electronic mail address specified by the lessee.
The Lessor leases and the Lessee receives the Leased items for rental use.
The inventory is issued to the Lessee at the moment when a prepayment of 100% of the invoice amount has been received.
The inventory is leased to the Lessee without the right to resell, gift, pledge, dismantle or assemble it.
Within the term specified in the rental agreement, the Lessee must return the rental item(s) in the same packaging and condition in which it(s) was received.
If, due to the Lessee's fault, the Leased object (s) is no longer usable for its intended purpose (s), is damaged (s), disassembled (s), completed (s) or lost (- ushi) external appearance, the Lessee must compensate the Lessor in full for the damages caused by the Lessor in accordance with the value of the Lessor's Leased item(s).
All product prices on the iznoma24.lv website are shown in euros with value added tax of 21%.
Costs for delivery of goods to the Lessee are not included in the price of the goods, and in addition to the price of the goods, the Lessee pays for delivery services if a fee is specified for the specific type of delivery or the fee is not included in the rental service.
If the product is offered at the price of a special offer (promotional price), then the mentioned offer is valid during the time period specified for the product on the iznoma24.lv website.
